Hi, my name is Christina Kemper (Chris or Chrissy for short). I’m married to an ex service man Kristian (Kris) who serviced in 1st aviation regiment and 41st military police. We’re a blended family with 3 girls and 3 boys & 11 grandchildren!

I was raised in a Christian home with a hard working father & an invalid mother with MS. My mother was my biggest example of how a Christian should be – reading her Bible every day without fail, to which I aspire to.  I came to know the Lord at 19 years of age & was baptised in the Yarra River in August (late winter & very icy cold water to say the least)! One of my favourite verses being in Psalms 37:4 – Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

My husband & I and our 2 youngest boys attend Wodonga District Baptist Church, where we are members.

I’ve worked in various fields – Wholesale fern nursery, office assistant, waitress, cleaner, shop assistant and have managed & started our own little embroidery business (which is now a hobby), doing business logo & small gifts – name/s on towels etc.

My role at Everyman’s is to assist Lou (for 12 hours each week) with the duties in admin with the bookkeeping. Now update to 18 hours per week.
